When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will receive a second email when your order is fulfilled and ready to be picked up. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will also be notified by email with possible alternatives that are available.

We accept cash or check when your order is picked up. Any other payment option needs to be confirmed with us before pickup.

Honey is labeled by weight, but sold by volume (e.g. pint) so the weight is an estimate based on common conversions used for honey. Some honey is more dense than others.

Any applicable taxes are included in the price of the product.

Orders can be picked up at Our Bright Acres location. See contact page for address and a map. Other negotiated pick-up points are possible.

Actual product may differ from the pictures on this web site as our jars, plastic bear supplier, and labeling occasionally changes.
