Preparing for a day of firsts: Evan starts kindergarten tomorrow. And we start our first year of home-school teaching and curriculum.

Jana has been doing prep work for some time now, and recently put together a weekly schedule. When she let Evan know what was going to be happening this coming week, his smile got soooo big and he spoke in “awed” tones about mommy being his teacher and how excited he was about “home-school”.  We hope and pray his generous and expectant spirit continues during the coming weeks of adventure. And that his siblings aren’t too much of a distraction 🙂
